Cham Prasidh (born May 15, 1951, Phnom Penh)[១] is the Cambodian Minister of Trade and Commerce.[២] He belongs to the Cambodian People's Party and was elected to represent Siem Reap Province in the National Assembly of Cambodia in 2003.[៣]
Cham was born Ung You Teckhor[៤] to an ethnic Chinese family who were engaged in Entrepot trade. His father, Ung You Y, served as the member of parliament for Stung Treng during Lon Nol's regime.[៥]
