ไทย: แพรแถบย่อเหรียญกาชาดสดุดี ตามประกาศข้อบังคับสภากาชาดไทย แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม (ฉบับที่ 72) พุทธศักราช 2553 มีลักษณะดังนี้


ข้อ 98 เหรียญกาชาดสดุดี มีลักษณะเป็นเหรียญกลมแบน เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 30 มิลลิเมตร ด้านหน้ากลางเหรียญมีพระรูปสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ทรงฉลองพระองค์ชุดไทยประยุกต์ ทรงสายสะพายและสายสร้อยแห่งเครื่องขัตติยราชอิสริยาภรณ์อันมีเกียรติคุณรุ่งเรืองยิ่งมหาจักรีบรมราชวงศ์ พระอังสาเบื้องซ้ายประดับดวงตราปฐมจุลจอมเกล้า เหรียญดุษฎีมาลาเข็มศิลปวิทยา และเหรียญรัตนาภรณ์รัชกาลที่ 9 ชั้นที่ 1 ภายในวงขอบเหรียญมีข้อความว่า “สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ สภานายิกาสภากาชาดไทย” ด้านหลังกลางเหรียญมีรูปตราสัญลักษณ์งานเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ เนื่องในโอกาสพระราชพิธีมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 6 รอบ 12 สิงหาคม 2547 ขนาบด้านขวาและซ้ายด้วยเครื่องหมายกาชาด ด้านล่างมีข้อความว่า “กาชาดสดุดี” เหนือขอบเหรียญมีอักษรพระนามาภิไธย “ส.ก.” ไขว้ภายใต้พระมหามงกุฎ ด้านหลังมีห่วง สําหรับบุรุษใช้ห้อยกับแพรแถบกว้าง 30 มิลลิเมตร พื้นของแพรแถบเป็นสีขาวและตรงกลางแพรแถบมีริ้วสีแดง สําหรับสตรีใช้ห้อยกับแพรแถบดังกล่าวผูกเป็นรูปแมลงปอ
เหรียญกาชาดสดุดีมีลําดับเป็น 3 ชั้น คือ
ชั้นพิเศษ ทองคํา
ชั้นที่ 1 เงิน
ชั้นที่ 2 บรอนซ์

เหรียญทั้ง 3 ชั้นมีประกาศนียบัตรกํากับทุกชั้น
