Usage[កែប្រែ]
Returns 1 or 0 (true or false) depending on whether the date has elapsed, defaults to current year. This template is useful for recurring events such as Milford Oyster Festival

y = year (if left blank, defaults to current year)
m = month (1 = January)
w = day of week (0 = Sunday; 1 = Monday; 2 = Tuesday; 3 = Wednesday; 4 = Thursday; 5 = Friday; 6 = Saturday)
n = week of month (1 = 1st week of month; accepts negative numbers, -1 = last week of month; -2 = second to last week of month)
Examples[កែប្រែ]
1st Sunday in January = Expression error: Unrecognized punctuation character "០".
3rd Saturday in August =
Expression error: Unrecognized punctuation character "០".
4th Thursday in November (Thanksgiving in USA) =
Expression error: Unrecognized punctuation character "០".
Last Monday in December 1945 = Expression error: Unrecognized punctuation character "២".
