ខាំ ភូរិ

Kham Phouri (ខាំ ភូរិ); born in 01 May 1980; is a Cambodian film director, lyricist. He was used to work as Music Video (MV) director in the biggest local production company.

His short film Coffee Shop Girl, The Star (2013) was broadcast and play by Aok Sokunkanha, Cambodia most famous female singer. Later he direct in "The Winter" with the franchise TV series from Korea "Autumn in My heart" and also be a well-know T-V Drama in Cambodia as well.

Background

Kham Phouri came from Takeo with 3 brothers. He start his career as film director in 2001 and became the well-known film director. He also wrote many lyricist to Cambodia singer and most of them still popular till today.

Filming

In 2017 His well-known TV Series "The Winter" (known as សិសិររដូវក្នុងបេះដូង) was broadcast in local TV "Hang Meas HDTV" the most popular TV in Cambodia and reach millions of people enjoy this . Later he start writing and prepare for upcoming TV Series and coming to screen on 2019.
