Usage

This template should only be used directly as part of transcluded templates which are part of the WP:Categories for Discussion process.

Notification

It is usually advisable to notify related and interested parties of the nomination. The following templates can be used for this:

Template:Cfd-notify – template to notify the category's creator or a related WikiProject (or more than one project) of the nomination.
Template:Cfdnotice – to be placed on the main article's talk page.
Template:Cfdnotice2 – similar to both Template:Cfd-notify and Template:Cfdnotice but more generally worded. Could be placed on related article talk pages or user talk pages.
